A full-bodied wine with a pale straw colour with a green tint. Upfront tropical fruit, gooseberry and granadilla flavours. These flavours are complemented on the palate by pineapple, asparagus, perfume and spice flavours, making it truly a wine to savor. The mouth feel is complex with a touch of flintiness and chalk. The finish is long, clean and persistent with a crisp finish due to the natural acidity.

Mentors Petit Verdot 2008
This deep red wine, with its tinges of purple, displays hints of the intense flavour and concentration to follow. A variety of fruits, such as cherry and blackberry flavours live in harmony with herbal, floral, mocha, vanilla and chocolate notes. The wine is rich and smooth with an intense, yet smooth, tannin structure. The lingering aftertaste completes this complex wine.

Mentors Pinotage 2006
This elegant wine has an abundance of blackberry, plum and sour cherry flavours. Hints of mocha, dark chocolate, vanilla and clove flavours add to the finesse of this ruby red wine. Nuances of fruit cake and dried prune flavours linger on the palate and the tannins are rounded and soft.
Serve with a variety of main course game meats or creamy cheese dishes.

Mentors Orchestra 2007
A very typical Bordeaux style wine, but with a touch of new world fruit. This elegant wine is a perfect synergy between fruit and oak flavours. Beautifully structured with rich medium brick red colour with mulberry herbal and mint flavours on the nose. The palet is soft and well balanced with plum cherry and cinnamon flavours, complimented by hints of spice.
Enjoyed on its own or with simple fillet or risotto dishes.
